The Irishman The Harvest Single Malt & Single Pot Irish whiskey 700ml
The Harvest from The Irishman whiskey range is built using a recipe of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskeys, all made with Irish barley and all triple distilled. It's matured in American oak bourbon barrels, making for a flavour profile packed full of vanilla and creamy fruit notes. It was previously known as Founder's Reserve, but the new name was chosen to honour Irish agriculture and distilling.

Palate Custard cream biscuits dunked in tea, cinnamon sticks, peppercorn, and lemon cheesecake.
Finish More biscuit notes, with a touch of anise.
